Writing Homework - a recipe -

I'm going to introduce one of the delicious food called "Buchimgae" in korea. If u listen to Buchimgae, u hear that for the first time, Simply It is Korean style pan cake. It is easy to cook even if u can't cook well.


-the Recipe of Buchimgae-

ingredients
:Korea pan cake powder 250g, Water 200ml, egg 50g, oil 15ml, soy sauce 15ml, spring onion 10g


Instructions

1. Chop spring onion as a appropriate size.

2. Put water,powder, egg prepared in advance, spring onion cut into a bowl.

3. Stir it slowly until well blended. (If a dough is too wet, add small amounts of powder, If a dough is too dry, add a little water)

4. Heat frying pan , and put oil into pan.

5. Put dough into hot frying pan, and when the edges turn brown, turn it over.

6. Eat with soy sauce
